Bindu Garikipati is our Group Life and Health Specialist. She collaborates with a diverse range of companies, from software developers to timber processing firms, to deliver and manage Group Wellness plans that protect employees and their families.

Bindu began her career at Accelerate four years ago as a KiwiSaver specialist and has since become an expert in Life Insurance and Employee Benefit schemes. Despite her expertise, she still enjoys advising on KiwiSaver.

Outside of work, Bindu loves traveling with her husband and son, often exploring various sites around Thames and the Coromandel. Her sunny disposition makes the onboarding process for new Group Insurance members smooth and enjoyable, and she has formed long-term bonds with many HR professionals she has worked with.
